This is my final effect:proud:. I was trying to make something unique, but I dont know how far i m successful to make jelly fish. I was trying to play with the tail of jelly Fish, but time constraint.

Hello,
Any has a contact of a good immigration lawyer in San Jose/Bay Area - CA?
We are looking at starting a business and would like to consult an immigration lawyer for the type of business ownerships. I have the EAD. If anybody is in similar position, please share your experiences.

Has anybody had any experience with changing address to PO box on form AR 11 with USCIS or otherwise.
I recently had mail theft and have obtained a PO box but am not sure if we can fill out form AR 11 using PO box address. Mail theft is not uncommon and nobody would like to lose their EADs/FP notices in mail. The form asks for street address.
Also if people utilize AC21 to change jobs (or change locations) it would be simpler to have a PO box to get your mail.
I have put out the question to my lawyer but haven't heard back yet.
Anybody with any experience do post.

Hi,
I have an interview scheduled for my H1B revalidation stamping at the Mumbai consulate next week. My son will be accompanying me for his H4 stamping.
My wife is already in the US(she travelled using her AP).
The FAQ page of the Chennai consulate says that incase both parents are not accompanying the child for the interview, then the absent parent must submit a signed and notarized 'no objection certificate' to the parent going for the interview. There is no such mention on the Mumbai consulate FAQ page.
Question - Does this apply in my case - since my wife is already in the US ?

Currently on H1B 8th year extension which will expire on 25th June, 2009.
Labor PD: 9th August, 2004
Labor cleared: 11th September, 2007.
I-140 (approval pending) filed on 4th October, 2007. Received at USCIS on 5th October, 2007.
Can�t file for I-485 since the EB3 date for India is unavailable.
There is a high chance that I might be laid off at my current employer in the next 2-3 weeks.
Can I transfer my H-1 upto June 25th, 2009 (or later) as well as start a new PERM case in EB2 category?
In case of the above H-1 transfer, will the new H-1 be valid for 1 year from the filing or will it be upto 25th June, 2009?
What are my other options not to go out of status or leave the country?

You cannot be on H1-B if you are working using EAD.
2)
my fiancee is on H1 status and i want to change her status from H1 to H4 (H1 getting expired). will it be ok as long as i maiting H1 status?

In order to qualify for H-4, the person has to be a legal dependent on the person holding H1-B. AFAIK, fiancee is not legally a dependent.

My wife who is on currently in the US on H4 has recently received her H1B approval. Her H1B is valid from 01-Oct-2007 to 23-Sept-2010.
When we applied for the AOS in July 2007, we mentioned that my wife's current status was H4 (which I am thinking is still true as her H1B starts only on October 2007). My question is will this create an issue when USCIS is adjudicating our AOS applications.
Any information on this issue would be appreciated.
